Offered by the Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living in partnership with the Macarthur Tourism, Travel & Events College,  this nationally accredited course teaches you the skills required to be a great barista - with a twist!  As well as learning all about making great coffee, you will learn how to do it in an environmentally sustainable way, so that we can all enjoy coffee for many years to come!
