At MCSL, students of all ages (Pre-School- Child Care Centres ,Years K-12, Stages 1 to 6, plus tertiary students) and community groups can experience first hand how we can all help society 'go green' in both our built and the natural environment.

The Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living (MCSL) is a Sustainable Education Centre, showcasing and promoting sustainable living. Set on 5.3 hectares in Mt Annan, this unique facility, generates its own power, recycles, reuses rain and waste-water and manages all organic waste on site. The Centre is guaranteed to impress, boasting all aspects of gardening, eco building and technology, green energy, as well as offering a variety of workshops. At MCSL, students of all ages can experience firsthand how we can all help our environment, whilst  meeting the needs of the present, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
