Two great workshops in August on how to ferment vegetables and how to bake beautiful bread:
How to Bake Bread, Weds 16 August, 10.30-1.30pm
In this hands-on workshop, the Centre Chef will show participants how to prepare dough, the types of flour you can use and how to prepare the dough for baking. Participants will make their own dough and learn how to shape the dough to bake loaves and rolls and how to make specialty breads like focaccia.

How to Ferment Vegetables & Making Sauerkraut, Saturday, 19 August 2017, 1-4pm
In this workshop, participants will learn how to ferment vegetables at home. Lenka from Bohemian Delights will demonstrate the slow fermenting method step-by-step focusing on fermenting vegetables and making sauerkraut. Participants will also take home previously prepared fermented vegetables.
